Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ReviewReply ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of our platform and services. These Terms apply to all users in the United Kingdom, United States, and worldwide.

ReviewReply provides an AI-powered platform for managing Google Business Profile reviews, including reply generation, analytics, and reputation management tools.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.

Important: ReviewReply is a third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Google. Use of the service is subject to Google's Terms of Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and current account information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised account use

One account per person or business entity. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits is prohibited.

Subscription Plans: Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are in USD.

Free Trial: Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No charge is made until the trial ends. You may cancel before the trial ends without charge.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew each month. You will receive an email reminder before renewal.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

Failed Payments: If payment fails, we will retry over 7 days. After 4 failed attempts, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.

Price Changes: We will give 30 days' notice of any price increases via email.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Generate fake, misleading, or defamatory review replies
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our platform
• Resell or sublicense access to ReviewReply without permission
• Use the service to spam or harass reviewers
• Violate Google's Terms of Service or review policies

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

ReviewReply and all related trademarks, logos, and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law.

You retain ownership of all content you create (including review replies). You grant us a limited licence to process and display this content to provide our service.

ReviewReply is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not responsible for any changes to Google's platforms or APIs that affect our service.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, without prior notice in serious cases.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days (except billing records retained for legal compliance).

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by English law (for UK users) and the laws of the State of Delaware (for US users).
